Simple Changes, Big Rewards health guide is just one of the many practical guides that can be found in the new Client Portal. This 45 page guide was written by Harvard Medical School and is full of wonderful and easy to implement tools. Some of the topics covered are: making change last, home and travel workouts, stress eating and harnessing positive psychology. I have been working on the new portal for many weeks, loading it with tons of valuable content. The portal is available to all my clients as an added benefit to their coaching process. Jay is in need of a total hip replacement but the doctor is reluctant to do the surgery because of the complications that often accompany a person who weighs 300 pounds. I know personally as a nurse that it is much more difficult for a patient to heal and recover when they are carrying that much weight.
